Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition intern you will support recruitment processes across different areas and markets collaborating with international teams. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in several stages of the hiring process from CV screening to the offer stage contributing to a structured efficient recruitment experience with real impact.
Posting job ads and screening applications
Active participation in recruitment processes (mainly for IT profiles but also nonIT) from screening to the offer stage
Active and strategic sourcing of international and local candidates through LinkedIn social media and alternative search techniques applying innovative recruitment approaches
Drafting engaging messages and content for direct candidate outreach
Participating in interviews and preparing structured interview notes
Writing candidate communications (followups feedback etc.)
Updating and maintaining data in the internal ATS
Communicating with various internal stakeholders
Collaborating on employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Recruitment activities will have an international scope with a strong focus on the Portuguese market
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Sociology or related fields
Genuine interest in recruitment and talent development
Fluency in English German is a plus
Strong organization skills attention to detail and sense of responsibility
Willingness to learn and a collaborative mindset
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools (ATS LinkedIn etc.) is a plus
