- Oversee the full finance function with commercial accountability
- Drive financial planning reporting and analysis to support operational and strategic objectives
- Manage budgeting forecasting and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance and maintain robust internal controls
- Partner with operational teams across distribution trading or manufacturing function
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Qualified CA(SA) with 5-6 years post-articles experience ideally with the majority being in a Financial Controller role
- Commercial experience within distribution trading logistics or manufacturing environments
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset able to translate numbers into business insight
- Confident decisive and able to influence at all levels of the business
- Advanced Excel and financial systems skills
