DescriptionThe Global Ordering Strategy Operations Enablement team plays a critical role in supporting Global Order Management through conducting Quality Assurance audits to ensure order booking accuracy identify potential issues assess risks and drive root cause analyses (RCAs). Additionally the team also supports E&Y BA&A and other Internal Audit teams on matters related to internal and statutory audits.
With the order booking process undergoing rapid transformation toward automated booking the demand for robust quality assessment and proactive risk mitigation has become increasingly vital to safeguard compliance and operational integrity.
As a member of the Quality team you will be responsible to
- perform regular quality assurance audits to ensure adherence to established standards and regulatory compliance
- develop and maintain new methods of assessing quality leveraging AI and other emerging technologies
- analyze test results and produce comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommending actionable improvements.
- foster a culture of continuous improvement identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to products and processes.
Key Skills
- Order Management SME with at least 1 years Order Booking experience
- Attention to detail and ability to challenge status quo
- Good communication skills
- Technical proficiency in leveraging AI and other emerging technologies
