Role Overview
We are looking for a self-driven Brand Marketing professional with a proven track record of building and growing digital-first / D2C brands. The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who has either built a brand contributed significantly to brand growth or developed a strong personal/ influencer presence within the digital content ecosystem. This role requires hands-on execution capability along with a deep understanding of branding fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to building and strengthening brand positioning across digital platforms.
- Plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns from concept to rollout.
- Drive tactical brand growth initiatives across social content influencer and performance channels.
- Develop creative briefs and support campaign production and execution.
- Leverage networks of content creators influencers and freelancers to amplify brand reach.
- Identify and collaborate with relevant creators within the influencer ecosystem.
- Partner with content creative and revenue teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Track campaign performance and optimize initiatives for engagement and growth.

Must Have
- Experience in brand marketing in a consumer facing organisation (FMCG D2C content platforms influencer marketing)
- Deep understanding of brand fundamentals and experience in brand growth of a consumer product or service organisation.
