Role Overview The EFM organization within ServiceNow drives revenue growth adoption and customer success across all direct and indirect sales channels. We are seeking a highly organized goal-oriented and self-directed professional to actively support the India Field Sales and Marketing teams.
In this role you will interact directly with key business leaders and marketing teams (primarily in India) to accelerate pipeline growth progress new opportunities and share accountability for revenue targets. You will collaborate with India Field Marketing and APAC Marketing Operations teams to drive and deliver measurable business growth.
Success in this role requires a strong foundation in SaaS and enterprise technology along with experience in integrated marketing strategy program development relationship management cross-team collaboration and enterprise technology marketing.
Key Responsibilities -
Develop and transform marketing tactics to optimize build and mature the sales pipeline while mentoring the local marketing team.

Own end-to-end marketing operations strategies to continuously unlock growth improve effectiveness and enhance operational efficiency.

Serve as a strategic advisor to the local marketing leadership team across planning budgeting rhythm of business insights action planning process improvement automation and AI adoption.

Drive marketing planning and budget management in partnership with APAC Marketing Operations and local Area Sales GTM and Operations teams.

Establish and manage the local Rhythm of Business cadence including meetings performance reviews and measurement frameworks to drive growth and performance improvement.

Forecast measure analyze and report on India Field Marketing impact using agreed KPIs/OKRs aligned to standard sales models such as pipeline stages cycle length net-new revenue growth buying group engagement indirect revenue growth ROI customer lifetime value and advocacy.

Present program results investments and ROI insights to business leaders with actionable recommendations.

Deliver analytical insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and pipeline/forecast reviews focusing on performance improvements and growth opportunities.

Collaborate with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities and prepare activity reports.

Ensure high efficiency strong data quality and accurate buying group coverage across internal marketing systems.

Drive innovation by testing and implementing new processes automation and AI capabilities to scale marketing operations.

Manage and enable key marketing operational processes locally while collaborating with regional and global teams.
