Job Summary

Designation- Senior Specialist - Marketing- Figma & Digital Design

Location- Pune

Job Time- 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (WFO)

Job Type- Permanent

CTC to be offered- upto 16 LPA

Experience-4-6 years relevant

Key Skills:

Excellent communication skills
Mandate Software Skills- Adobe Creative Suite (very proficient) and Figma (expert level)
Education: Bachelors degree in design

Strong creativity out-of-the-box thinking and entrepreneurial drive; able to work with autonomy and self-direction.
Able to influence others through effective negotiation techniques and strong interpersonal skills meet deadlines and deliver results.
Advanced proficiency in Figma including prototyping and design system development.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Proven experience in digital campaign and web design with a performance driven mindset.
Deep understanding of brand systems accessibility and scalable digital design practices.
Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands on execution in a fast paced environment.
