EET Group is looking for an engaged Marketing Automation Coordinator who will play a central role in executing and optimising of our digital marketing activities.
You will be responsible for making sure our automated campaigns run smoothly perform well and support our B2B business primarily through email marketing.
The role
As Marketing Automation Coordinator you will take operational ownership of our marketing automation setup. You will ensure smooth execution of automated campaigns trigger-based flows and data-driven initiatives across our B2B channels.
You will be a key part of our Digital Sales team and collaborate closely with colleagues and external partners to create relevant and consistent customer experiences.
This role is a good fit if you enjoy working with structure details and marketing technology and turning data into practical improvements.
Your responsibilities
- Plan build and execute automated marketing campaigns primarily via email.
- Build and maintain flows for onboarding retention and churn reduction.
- Create engaging and relevant content for email campaigns aligned with our brand tone and marketing goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and turn insights into actionable optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement new automations and features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation processes.
Your profile
You are a structured and proactive colleague who takes responsibility for your tasks. Additionally we would like you to:
- Have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Understand data-driven marketing and enjoy working with segmentation and analytics.
- Be creative and comfortable writing engaging brand-aligned content in English for primarily emails.
- Have a basic understanding of technical concepts like workflows and integrations and be curious to learn more - no need to be a technical specialist.
- Be service-minded and passionate about supporting colleagues and improving processes.
- Have experience with multilanguage setups (an advantage not a requirement).
- Speak and write fluent English. Danish skills are an advantage.
