QA / QC Worker
Summary
Join our dynamic team as a QA/QC Worker in the construction/pharmaceutical industry where quality assurance and control are paramount. This role is essential in ensuring that all products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. As a QA/QC coordinator you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and safety of our products contributing to the overall success and reputation of our company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of materials and products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Document and report any deviations or non-conformities found during inspections.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and results.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.
- Participate in internal audits and support external audits as required.
- Ensure all equipment used in quality testing is calibrated and maintained properly.
- Partake in Site walks and punch follow-ups
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the construction or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and control processes and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using quality testing tools and software.
