Training & Course Coordinator (HSE)
Overall Purpose
The Training & Course Coordinator (HSE) plays a central role in developing delivering and promoting Solvexis structured HSE training setup across construction and industrial projects.
The position ensures that personnel receive the correct training at the right time while supporting compliance with legal requirements client expectations and Solvexis standards for safety onboarding and competency development.
The role combines HSE expertise training delivery coordination and a commercial mindset. In addition to teaching courses the coordinator is expected to work proactively with projects and stakeholders to identify training needs promote relevant solutions and support the development of Solvexis training services.
The position is based at Solvexis head office and works closely with multiple project sites in Denmark with potential for international activities over time.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Facilitation
Deliver HSE training sessions onboarding modules and site-specific courses
Present safety and compliance topics in a clear practical and structured manner
Adapt training content to project-specific risks client requirements and target groups
Support and expand Solvexis internal training programs for contractors craft workers and management
Training Coordination & Administration
Maintain and manage training matrices across multiple projects
Identify training needs based on project schedules site activities and legal requirements
Plan schedule and coordinate training sessions both internal and via external providers
Ensure documentation attendance records and certificates are correctly maintained
Compliance & Legal Requirements
Ensure training meets Danish legal requirements and applicable industry standards
Support onboarding processes and ensure required training is completed prior to mobilization
Assist with alignment to client safety rules project procedures and regulatory demands
Commercial & Development-Oriented Tasks
Promote Solvexis training offerings to project teams contractors and stakeholders
Engage proactively with sites to identify training needs and propose suitable solutions
Support the development and continuous improvement of Solvexis training concepts
Coordinate with external course providers and contribute to cost-effective training solutions
Required Qualifications & Skills
Professional Background
Practical experience within HSE construction or industrial project environments
Experience delivering and/or coordinating HSE training onboarding or safety instruction
Completion of the Danish Coordinator Course (Koordinatoruddannelsen) is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies
Confident and experienced trainer comfortable teaching groups at different levels
Strong communication skills and ability to engage operational personnel
Structured and capable of managing training matrices and documentation
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify needs and follow up independently
Commercial awareness and interest in promoting training solutions
Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Fluent in Danish and English
