Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales team and enhance our marketing efforts. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication organizational and analytical skills to streamline sales processes manage reporting and contribute to marketing initiatives.

What You Will Do:

Conduct daily follow-ups with the sales teams in Karachi and Lahore to track performance.
Prepare detailed reports based on the sales teams KPIs to ensure target achievement.
Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals RFQs and presentations.
Develop and refine sales materials to align with client needs and industry trends.
Coordinate with the Marketing team for the companys social media platforms.
Coordinate with an external Marketing team to develop marketing campaigns that support sales efforts.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
1-2 years of experience in sales coordination marketing or a similar role.
Strong communication and presentation skills to support internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
