Job Summary
Resin Flooring & Industrial Coatings Sales Engineer Lahore Industrial Projects
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager Central Region
Location: Lahore & Central Punjab
Salary: Upto 300k.
Timings: Monday - Saturday 9am -6pm
Role Type: Field Sales Individual Contributor

Role Overview
This is a highimpact field sales and technical business development role focused on expanding our resin flooring and industrial protective coatings portfolio by directly engaging industrial end users.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving opportunities from concept to execution conducting site assessments recommending technically appropriate systems and converting opportunities into executed projects in collaboration with Vertexs inhouse application team.
Key Responsibilities
EndUser Business Development
Develop and manage direct relationships with industrial end users including:
- FMCG & Food Processing Plants
- Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Facilities
- Chemical Processing & Manufacturing Units
- Refineries & Heavy Industrial Facilities
- Warehouses Cold Storage & Logistics Hubs
- Utilities & Power Plants
Drive project opportunities by identifying flooring and corrosion protection requirements within operating environments.
Technical Solution Ownership
- Conduct independent site surveys and condition assessments
- Evaluate substrate conditions moisture levels chemical exposure hygiene standards and traffic load
- Recommend appropriate systems such as:
- Epoxy Flooring Systems
- Polyurethane (PU) Flooring
- AntiStatic & Hygienic Flooring
- HeavyDuty Industrial Flooring
- Industrial Protective Coatings (Epoxy PU Polyurea Corrosion Protection)
- Act as the primary technical interface prior to formal R&D or application team involvement
Project Conversion & Execution Support
- Drive opportunities from concept proposal trial execution
- Coordinate mockups pilot areas and trials
- Support preparation of:
- System buildups
- BOQs
- Method statements
- Technical submittals
- Ensure disciplined followups approvals pricing alignment and closures
Knowledge & Continuity Management
- Maintain structured project tracking and CRM updates
- Absorb and retain technical project knowledge to ensure smooth transition
- Strengthen process documentation to reduce singleperson dependency
- Support seamless business continuity in the Central Region
Required Experience & Skills
- 48 years experience in resin flooring & industrial coatings
- Proven experience selling to industrial end users (not contractor-only sales)
- Strong technical understanding of:
- Epoxy & PU flooring systems
- Surface preparation & moisture management
- Chemical exposure & abrasion resistance
- Hygienic and heavytraffic environments
- Ability to independently conduct site visits and technical discussions
- Highly fieldoriented structured and accountable
- Mature enough to manage a vertical with minimal supervision
- Strong followup discipline and project ownership mindset
