Our client is a leading retail group in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
PR & Brand Communications
Develop PR strategy and a PR calendar by month/quarter/year/campaign.
Build and maintain relationships with: media KOL/KOC influencers media partners agencies.
Plan and execute: press releases interviews PR articles and content seeding for brand and products.
Manage communications crises (if any arise).
Measure PR performance: coverage sentiment share of voice.
Digital Marketing
Build and implement a Digital Marketing Strategy: Social Media (Facebook Instagram TikTok YouTube etc.) Website.
Manage digital content: content plans across ATL channels ensuring consistency in brand tone of voice and mood.
Monitor and optimize performance: reach engagement CTR traffic.
Events & Activation
Plan and organize brand events product launches customer events store openings.
Build and manage the full event lifecycle: concept & storyline/script budget & vendors execution/operations.
Ensure events clearly reflect: brand DNA premium experience and strong media/social amplification.
Evaluate post-event effectiveness.
Budget & Partner Management
Prepare and manage marketing budgets by month/quarter/year/campaign.
Act as the main point of contact to work with and manage agencies.
Evaluate performance negotiate costs and optimize ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related fields.
58 years of marketing experience including at least 3 years managing PR/Digital/Event at manager level.
Preference for candidates with agency background strong relationships with the media/press and experience working with luxury jewellery fashion cosmetics or lifestyle brands.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing and the customer journey.
Proven ability to manage PR digital and event campaigns.
Data analysis and performance measurement capability.
Strong communication and inspirational leadership skills.
Strategic and creative mindset.
Solid stakeholder communication and management skills.
Proactive and able to perform under high pressure.
Flexible and willing to support after-hours activities when needed.
Disciplined self-driven and resilient under pressure.
