Our client is a leading retail group in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
Retail Training Strategy
Develop a retail training strategy aligned with business direction across different phases.
Design a Retail Training Framework for different levels within store operations and office functions.
Build and standardize competency frameworks for each store position.
Training Content Development
Develop training programs under a consistent concept/theme.
Product knowledge: materials design product storytelling etc.
Sales skills: consulting persuasion problem-solving and objection handling.
Establish service standards for pre- during- and post-sales across store formats.
Coordinate with Product Merchandising and Marketing to ensure content accuracy and alignment.
Build criteria and programs for Mystery Shopper and Grooming for store teams.
Standardize training materials and documentation.
Training Delivery & Operations
Deliver training directly and/or manage trainers to conduct training in-class in-store by region and online.
Build training plans by month/quarter/year including new store openings product launches and new campaigns.
Training Effectiveness Evaluation
Develop a competency assessment system post-training.
Measure training impact on: conversion rate ATV/ASP productivity customer satisfaction and service compliance.
Report training outcomes to the Commercial Director.
Requirements
- University degree; preferred majors: Business Administration HR Retail Marketing.
Minimum 58 years of retail experience including 3 years in retail training management.
Preferred industry experience: jewelry premium fashion cosmetics lifestyle/luxury retail.
Strong knowledge of retail models and store operations.
Strong training presentation and on-the-floor (POS) coaching skills.
Proven ability to build structured concept-driven training programs that inspire teams.
Strong communication and inspirational leadership; a role model for store teams in grooming service mindset product knowledge consulting and persuasion skills.
Systematic and strategic thinking.
Flexible and willing to travel to stores as required.
Disciplined proactive and resilient under pressure.
