General Manager Luxury Safari Camp Zambia
Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead operations at a luxury safari camp in Zambia. This is a live-in role suited to a hands-on hospitality professional with strong bush experience and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day management of the safari camp ensuring smooth and efficient operations
Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with luxury hospitality standards
Manage train and motivate a diverse team across all departments
Maintain high standards of service safety and camp presentation
Oversee budgets stock control and cost management
Ensure compliance with health safety and conservation protocols
Act as the main point of contact for guests handling feedback professionally and proactively
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as a General Manager or senior manager within a luxury safari camp or lodge
Strong bush experience is essential
Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
Guest-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality and the safari industry
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational costs
Ability to thrive in a remote environment
