Camp Manager Luxury Safari Camp Zambia
Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Camp Manager to join a luxury safari camp in Zambia. This live-in role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality professional with strong bush experience and a passion for exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the safari camp
Ensure exceptional guest experiences at all times
Supervise train and motivate camp staff across departments
Maintain high standards of service cleanliness and camp presentation
Assist with stock control ordering and basic budget management
Ensure health safety and operational standards are upheld
Act as a visible host engaging with guests and handling feedback professionally
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a camp management or senior lodge role
Proven bush experience is essential
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Guest-focused with a proactive hands-on approach
Ability to live and work in a remote bush environment
