F&B Manager Luxury Safari Camp Zambia
Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join a luxury safari camp in Zambia. This live-in role is suited to a hands-on hospitality professional with strong bush experience and a passion for delivering high-end dining and service experiences in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all food and beverage operations within the safari camp
Ensure exceptional dining experiences aligned with luxury hospitality standards
Manage train and motivate kitchen and service teams
Maintain high standards of food quality service hygiene and presentation
Control stock ordering and cost management within the F&B department
Ensure compliance with health safety and food hygiene standards
Work closely with camp management to deliver seamless guest experiences
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in an F&B management role within a luxury lodge or safari camp
Strong bush experience is essential
Solid understanding of food and beverage operations stock control and costings
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Guest-focused organised and hands-on in approach
Ability to thrive in a remote bush environment
