- Rise with us and supervise the Lobby Lounge service period tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
- With a focus on our guests overall wellbeing engage and inspire guests throughout the complete beverage experience
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Assist with overseeing day-to-day operations in the Lobby Lounge. This includes High Tea service operating bar service managing reservations systems and completing daily financial reports.
- Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to the team
- Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the Outlet to ensure smooth service
- Ensuring the team are maintaining high standards of service
- Performing extra administrative duties as outlined by the Manager
- Assisting other Food and Beverage outlets on occasion when necessary
- Relevant experience in a managerial role
- Working rights in Australia
