Prepare and process sales documentation including quotes sales orders and invoices.
Reserve materials check availability and update the team on incoming stock and timing.
Maintain accurate records in the point-of-sale/ERP system and shared Google Sheets.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (sales warehouse accounts) to progress orders through each stage.
Monitor email and internal requests prioritising and actioning tasks for multiple sales team members.
Provide general administrative support to the sales team and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Required Skills:
Previous experience in sales administration order processing customer service or similar support role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and support several stakeholders at once. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; warm professional and approachable. Comfortable working with online systems spreadsheets and data entry with high attention to detail. Adaptable and open to learning complex internal processes and new systems.
