Job Summary

Position Title: Part-time Video Editor

Reports To: Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities

Edit both short-form and long-form content including reels interviews promos and social media videos
Add motion graphics captions and transitions that enhance storytelling and brand consistency
Apply basic color grading and audio balancing to maintain professional quality
Shape narratives for digital platforms with attention to pacing flow and audience engagement
Collaborate with our team to align edits with client goals and brand identity
Manage time effectively to deliver polished videos on tight timelines

Skills and Experience

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
Experience editing across different formats for digital and social platforms
Strong sense of visual storytelling pacing and creative flow
Skilled in motion graphics captions and subtitling
Detail-oriented with a commitment to deadlines
Responsive communicator comfortable in a remote-first environment
A portfolio that demonstrates recent editing work
