Role Overview

TheAnalyst Strategic Sales & Analytics (SS&A)plays a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that fuel commercial excellence and market leadership. Reporting into theManager SS&A this role partners closely with Sales Category Marketing and Finance toidentifyopportunities diagnose performance and recommend actions that helpSharkNinjawinfaster and smarter than the competition.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical commercially minded self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced competitive environment and is motivated by results impact and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Business Analytics

Analyze sales market customer and item-level performance to uncover trends risks and opportunities
Develop recurring and ad hoc reporting that clearly communicates performance vs. targets forecasts and competitive benchmarks
Support category retailer and item-level analyses to inform pricing promotions assortment and distribution decisions

Strategic Insight Generation

Translate complex datasets into clear actionable insights that drive winning strategies
Identifywhitespace and growth opportunities across categories retailers and items
Conduct competitive and market analysis to support strategic initiatives and new launches

Cross-Functional Partnership

Partner with Sales Category Management and Marketing teams to support business planning and execution
Support leadership with insight-driven storytelling for internal reviews and external customer meetings
Act as a thought partner to the SS&A Manager proactively surfacing opportunities to improve performance and decision-making

Tools Data & Process Excellence

Build andmaintaindashboards scorecards and analytical models using internal and external data sources
Continuouslyimprovereporting efficiency accuracy and scalability
Champion best practices in analytics data visualization and insight communication

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Economics Finance or related field
13 years of experience in analytics sales analytics strategy or a related role (CPG experience preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large complex datasets
Advanced Excelskills;experience with BI tools (Power BI Tableau etc.) strongly preferred
Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
