Job Summary
Downers Road Maintenance & ITS division is responsible for maintaining and responding to incidents on the Citylink network in Melbourne. Our work ensures a high level of reliability and presentation of assets including CityLink and West Gate Tunnel.
Were looking for a dedicated Team Leader to guide our Road Maintenance team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work enjoys working outdoors leading a team to success and prioritising workplace safety.
What Youll Bring:
Experience in leading or supervising landscaping/ civil maintenance crews planning work and interacting with the public. Works include landscaping fence repairs and graffiti removal.
A drive for accountability and commitment to quality outcomes ensuring projects are completed on time.
Strong planning scheduling and crew oversight skills.
A proven track record of building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
A strong safety focus with active participation in Downers Zero Harm initiatives.
