Job Summary

Our client has been supplying and installing food beverage and pharmaceutical packaging machinery for decades within SA and Sub-Sahara region. Their Projects Department runs just in excess of 100 projects in the current season and this number is bound to grow even further this upcoming year; as a result have resolved to add a Site Manager to support their operations in ensuring efficiency of their end-of-line packaging equipment installations and maximum equipment availability for all sorts of factories across Food Beverage and Pharmaceutical industries. This role requires a leader who started as an Artisan working on FB and Pharm products packaging equipment now a client relationship focused maintenance manager ensuring machines installation/operational planning is done executed and reports are documented/shared with the customers and the business. This individual will naturally work very closely with sales projects and service teams. At this level you would be an extension of the Head of Projects Dept which means your 15-20 years on the tools and maintenance management as well as Trade qualification would be essential.
