Job Summary

ROLE

The Bn RQMS Maint is a senior Non Commissioned soldier within the Bn and their principle duties are to set the standards of professionalism and conduct expected from the soldiers within their sub unit and Bn; an understanding of the Armys Values and Standards are key to this.

The Trg WO will be expected to lead by personal example and possess the professional ability and strength of character to ensure that soldiers follow the example. Their duties will be focussed on assisting the Bn QM and RQMS Tech in maintaining the standards of G4 delivery across Bn Res Trg events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct personal development to bpt mobilise as Bn RQMS upon call out.
To take the lead in demanding and accounting functions in the field or on operations
To take the lead in planning. liason and movement of the units equipment in the field or on operations.
Assist RQMS in supervision of unit G4 accounts and account holders.
Assist RQMS in carrying out periodic spot checks on all Coy stores accounts and submiting a report to the relevant Coy Comd.
Assist RQMS in management of the Unit Equipment Table and its distribution throughout the unit.
Assist RQMS in maintaining the unit Deficiencies and Surplus Register in liaison with SO3 ET LAND.
