Job Summary

RSDs; Minimum 44days - Maximum 127days

Training Evening and Weekends where/when required.

Responsibilities:

Responsible to the CO for the training discipline administration and finance of the company.
Responsible for all equipment and service property on charge to the company.
Plan and supervise training of the company (which is spread between Widnes Ellesmere Port and Stockport).
Responsible to the CO for the implementation of the recruitment plan.
Responsible for the management of the company Service (Non-public) funds accounts.
Responsible for the welfare and maintenance of moral of all SP in the company.
Responsible for the management career development and promotion of all SP in the company.
