The Firm
An established London-based disputes-focused law firm is seeking an Associate to join itsCommercial Litigation and Civil Fraud practice. The firm advises oncomplex and often international disputes acting for a broad client base that includes corporate entities financial institutions and private clients.

The Role
The firm is looking to appoint an Associate at24 years PQEto join its Commercial Litigation and Civil Fraud team which undertakes a wide range of contentious work.
The role will involve supporting senior lawyers oncommercial disputes and fraud-related matters many of which havecross-border or multi-jurisdictional elements. Associates are given meaningful responsibility from an early stage including client exposure and involvement in strategic decision-making.
The work covers areas such ascommercial litigation civil fraud and asset recovery interim relief (including injunctions) insolvency-related disputes directors duties and broader litigation strategy across jurisdictions.
