Apprenticeship Overview:

Salary:7.55 an hourAutomatic pay increase after one year on programme for 19 year olds
Working Week:Monday to Thursday - 8am - 4pm Friday 8am - 3.30pm (30 minute lunch break)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Duration:18 months
Level 4 Application Support Lead Apprenticeship standard qualification
Online training supported by our dedicated tutor
Location: Beech Avenue Taverham Norwich NR8 6HP
Website: IT issues and service requests via the central helpdesk
Installing maintaining and troubleshooting hardware software and network infrastructure
Managing user access to school systems and networks
Supporting cybersecurity and compliance with GDPR and data protection laws
Assisting staff and students with IT-related queries and training
Contributing to IT projects and supporting system upgrades

Essential Qualifications:

GCSEs in English and Maths at grades 49 (A*C) desirable
Level 3 IT Qualification
