Apprenticeship Overview:
- Salary:7.55 an hourAutomatic pay increase after one year on programme for 19 year olds
- Working Week:Monday to Thursday - 8am - 4pm Friday 8am - 3.30pm (30 minute lunch break)
- Hours: 37 hours per week
- Duration:18 months
- Level 4 Application Support Lead Apprenticeship standard qualification
- Online training supported by our dedicated tutor
- Location: Beech Avenue Taverham Norwich NR8 6HP
- Website: IT issues and service requests via the central helpdesk
- Installing maintaining and troubleshooting hardware software and network infrastructure
- Managing user access to school systems and networks
- Supporting cybersecurity and compliance with GDPR and data protection laws
- Assisting staff and students with IT-related queries and training
- Contributing to IT projects and supporting system upgrades
Essential Qualifications:
- GCSEs in English and Maths at grades 49 (A*C) desirable
- Level 3 IT Qualification
