Job Summary
Introduction
Our client designs exceptional software and digital experiences for physical spaces. From retail environments and live events to stadiums visitor attractions DOOH and smart infrastructure they fuse technology hardware data and immersive AV to create environments that engage deeper operate smarter and leave a lasting impact.
They are growing rapidly and are looking for an A-star Business Analyst to join their Technical / Development team playing a key role in taking both their products and business to the next level.
Duties & Responsibilities
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 2 years experience in Business Analysis QA Testing Product Ownership Technical Support or Software Project Management
- Strong experience testing both hardware and software
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira Slack DevTools and Figma
- Understanding of HTML and CSS with an interest in software development
- Experience working with operating systems and devices: Windows Linux macOS Android iOS
- Experience in Agile or iterative development environments
- Exposure to IoT AV kiosks or hardware/software integration is highly advantageous
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as defined in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Team Charter
What Youll Be Doing:
- Write clear development briefs technical documentation and user stories
- Own the QA process: create test plans execute test cases and document results
- Configure web applications and email templates using HTML CSS and JSON
- Work hands-on with devices such as touchscreens cameras kiosks and PCs (Windows Linux Android)
