- Supervising managing and motivating team members
- Developing a strategy that the team members can use to better reach a projects goal.
- Assigning tasks to team members.
- Determining the completion timeline and monitoring progress to keep the project on track and on schedule.
- Communicating clear instructions to team members.
- Managing the flow of day-to-day operations.
- Compiling Contracts
- Compliance Final Check before Payout
- Creating and distributing reports to update the company on the teams progress.
- BCom degree or related diploma
- Team leader experience of at least 2 years
- Experience in a finance / banking environment
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans
- Own transport
