Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will work on modern applications collaborating with a small focused team to design develop and improve software systems used by clients.

Requirements:
- 2 years of full-time non-internship professional software development experience in a team environment
- Experience working in Agile cross-functional product teams
- Proficiency in at least one production backend programming language (C#/.NET or TypeScript preferred)
- Exposure to Core Web API development and RESTful APIs
- Practical knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL datastores
- Understanding of data structures algorithms design principles and version control
- Basic understanding of SaaS and cloud-based application concepts.
- Cloud and DevOps Foundations
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code concepts
- Experience with Git-based workflows and containerisation concepts
- Ownership Growth and Collaboration
- Ability to implement well-defined work reliably and correctly
- Willingness to ask clarifying questions and escalate uncertainty early
- Ability to incorporate feedback and improve through review cycles
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly is beneficial
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or closely related field (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
