What You Bring to the Team

Were looking for someone who:

• Holds a Bachelors or Masters degree in Mathematics Statistics Computer Science Data Science or Data Analytics
• Has proven experience working as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role
• Has experience within the credit or financial services industry
• Is comfortable working with large and complex datasets
• Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Can communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical teams

Technical skills required:

• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform
• Strong data querying skills using Google BigQuery and SQL
• Programming experience with Python
• Data visualization experience using Looker Studio

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collecting extracting and compiling data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Cleaning transforming and structuring raw datasets for advanced analytics and predictive modelling
• Identifying and resolving data quality issues inconsistencies and anomalies
• Performing exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends patterns and relationships
• Applying statistical techniques data visualization and predictive modelling to generate actionable insights
• Working with technologies such as SQL Python and BigQuery to analyse large datasets
• Staying up to date with the latest trends and developments in data analytics and machine learning
