Role Purpose
The MEET Business Project Support Coordinator acts as the primary liaison for business colleagues providing comprehensive administrative organizational and planning support. The role ensures that all project documentation and processes are aligned with company policies and standards including but not limited to MAPP policy related activities enabling business teams to execute their projects efficiently and compliantly.
This position focuses on proactive support coordination and facilitation of MEET-related projects that address critical business needs serving as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams and external partners on MEET-related initiatives.
This role will demonstrate accountability and integrity in the face of challenge and respond to change with agility optimism and innovation.
This role will be based in Thessaloniki Greece and work with the business stakeholders as well as the regional operations team payments team regional sourcing team and MEET Center of Excellence
Key Responsibilities
Liaison & Communication
Serve as the main point of contact for business teams ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate meetings and calls with stakeholders (external if needed) to clarify project requirements timelines and deliverables.
Documentation & Process Support
Prepare organize and maintain all necessary documentation for project approvals and compliance with company guidelines.
Guide colleagues through internal processes and documentation requirements ensuring efficient navigation of company procedures.
Maintain and update project documentation repositories for easy access and reference.
Administrative & Organizational Support
Coordinate project-related administrative tasks including scheduling tracking deliverables and maintaining accurate records.
Assist in project planning activities to ensure timely execution and adherence to organizational objectives.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve administrative or procedural issues promptly.
Continuous Improvement & Upskilling
Support the education and upskilling of colleagues regarding documentation standards and project processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
2 years of experience in administrative project coordination or business support roles (1 years with MBA/MS).
Proven experience in event planning project management and supporting business operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and document management systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
High level of professionalism self-motivation and flexibility.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a multinational or matrix organization.
Familiarity with compliance-related processes and corporate policies.
Experience with SAP Ariba or similar enterprise systems.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
