Rider Assistants are trusted vetted adult aides who provide one-on-one support for riders during their trips helping with comfort care and smooth transitions along the way. This includes students needing an additional adult in the Rider Assistant WILL NOT be driving the vehicles rather they will be sitting in the passenger seat while someone else drives. Their sole responsibility is to monitor the rider and make sure they get to and from school -havesMust be 21 yearsMust have reliable independent transportation3 years experience as a caregiver/caretaker of children (either professionally or personally)Comfortable with fingerprinting & background checkPreferred Experience:Current CPRTB Questionnaire PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Schools or Center Based setting working with students
