Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Manage and organize emails documents and other virtual correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Conduct online research and compile data as needed.
- Communicate with clients and partners via email and phone.
- Assist in updating and maintaining listings on the platform.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a virtual assistant or administrative role.
- Experience in the real estate industry or knowledge of property listings is a plus.
