Job Description: Operations Assistant (Remote) at TMN Insurance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks for TMN Insurance remotely
  • Support the Operations Manager in coordinating various activities and projects
  • Manage and organize documentation files and records
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external via email phone or video conference
  • Assist in data entry report generation and analysis
  • Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency within the organization

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in operations or administrative support
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision

Desired Experience:

  • Experience working in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Experience with project management tools and systems
  • Experience in a remote work environment
