Assistant Manager Royal Beenleigh
The Royal Beenleigh is more than just a pub its a local institution. Known for its massive volume lively atmosphere and being the social heart of the community its a venue that is always on the move. We are looking for an Assistant Manager who isnt afraid to get stuck in and lead a busy team in one of the regions most active hotels.
This isnt a role for someone who wants to sit in an office. We need a visible high-energy leader who loves the controlled chaos of a packed bistro and a buzzing sports bar. If youre a supervisor ready for a bigger stage or an AM looking for a venue where your impact is felt every single shift the Royal Beenleigh is the place to be.
A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
- Get to know the locals so well they think youre part of the crew
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly safely and with a great vibe
- Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
- Bring the energy the service and the smiles every single shift
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About you:
- Youve been around the bar bistro or gaming room block and maybe already done some supervising
- Youve learned from great managers and now youre ready to step up
- Youve got the confidence pride and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- Youve got a current RSA/RSG RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements
