Drive sustainable and profitable growth by shaping and executing trade marketing growth and commercial business development initiatives across channels. The role combines strategic planning data-driven insights and cross-functional execution to unlock growth opportunities optimize commercial performance and strengthen go-to-market effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive trade marketing initiatives across key sales channels delivering best-in-class field execution while maximizing in-store visibility and shopper engagement.
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities through data-driven and field-oriented commercial insights including feasibility studies and post-analysis for the existing portfolio NPDs alternative channels and new business models.
- Design and implement commercial channel and go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with Sales Teams Marketing E-commerce Operations and Finance teams.
- Drive business development and strategic projects including market entry channel expansion pricing RGM and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end: business case creation financial modeling KPI definition execution and impact assessment.
- Translate insights into clear strategic narratives supporting Leadership management decision-making with structured analysis and recommendations.
- Monitor e-commerce and omnichannel performance identifying opportunities to improve growth profitability and shopper experience.
- Act as a key stakeholder manager aligning local priorities with regional/global frameworks and ensuring strong execution discipline.
Capabilities & Experience
- Minimum BA-BS Masters degree is welcomed.
- 8 years of experience in Trade Marketing Growth Business Development Sales Strategy or Revenue Management preferably within FMCG / Retail sectors.
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience including direct team leadership supervision and performance management.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in distributor regional or Key Account Management with proven exposure to field execution customer negotiations and channel dynamics.
- Strong commercial financial and analytical acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable growth initiatives.
- Strong foundational knowledge and practical experience in marketing and finance enabling effective commercial decision-making and financial evaluation of initiatives.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional high-impact projects and driving execution excellence.
- Solid understanding of channel strategy trade marketing execution customer strategy and P&L dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in matrix and global environments.
- Fluent in English
