The individual selected for this role is responsible for supporting the operations associated with the firms Wealth Management area.

CommunicationProviding excellent verbal and written services to clients including prompt accurate and timely attention to detail. Able to compose effective employee correspondence in accordance with established policies and procedures
Detail Oriented & DrivenThorough and rigorous attention to all details; Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and accuracy; Takes initiative and ownership in all aspects of role from logistics to processes and is unafraid to get their hands dirty and eager to learn
Initiative- Proactively utilizing available technology and tools to support efficient and effective time management; Able to assist inquirers with information needed; Knowledgeable in accordance with established policies of all firm technology necessary to provide quick responses
Client FocusDemonstrating the ability to build and foster strong relationships through service; Able to follow up on time sensitive issues with all departments
Responsibilities:
Accurately process requests related to account opening maintenance and termination of clients advisory accounts.
Respond to service inquiries from Janney financial advisors money managers and firm management.
Process fee billing adjustments rebates and manager invoices.
Organize/execute department projects including writing business requirements as needed.
Provide user support to branch offices on Janneys applications and workflow tools.
Proactively recommend innovations and modifications in line with industry requirements corporate objectives and goals to improve operational processes systems policies and procedures
Perform audits and controls to ensure delivery of required documents and disclosures to advisory clients.
Required Experience:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in operations/financial industry.
Series 7 a plus.
2 years related experience in Wealth Management and investment industry knowledge strongly preferred.
Required Skills:
Advanced experience using Microsoft Office Applications.
Familiarity with common Wealth Management systems.
Excellent client service skills are essential.
Strong oral and written communications skills required.
Motivated self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility to the business.
A strong team player who cooperates and works well with the team.
Proven skill in managing multiple tasks and in establishing priorities.
Ability to work successfully under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
High ethical standards.
This role will be hybrid the individual will work approximately three days per week in-office.
