Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment across technical functional and sales roles. The ideal candidate is highly self-driven able to work independently and skilled at partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent within agreed timelines. This role requires strong communication skills confidence in influencing stakeholders and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical functional and sales positions including sourcing screening interviewing offer negotiation and closing candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements provide guidance and align on hiring strategies and timelines.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards social media professional networks referrals and direct sourcing.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Provide market insights talent availability data and compensation guidance to support hiring decisions.
- Influence and manage hiring manager expectations through clear communication and data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with company policies hiring standards and applicable regulations.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting supporting technical functional and sales roles.
- Proven ability to successfully manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of diverse role profiles and ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently manage priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with and advising hiring managers.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed and similar platforms.
