- Lead and oversee multiple large-scale technical programs and digital transformation initiatives across global clients
- Own end-to-end delivery of the program portfolio ensuring scope timelines quality and financial targets are met
- Act as the primary point of contact for global clients managing senior-level communication escalations and expectations
- Drive portfolio-level financial performance including revenue margin forecasting and cost control
- Establish track and continuously improve SLAs KPIs and delivery metrics to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Lead governance forums steering committees program reviews and escalation calls
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Identify manage and mitigate delivery risks dependencies and issues across programs
- Build mentor and lead high-performing delivery and program management teams
- Foster a culture of accountability innovation operational excellence and customer-centric delivery
- Ensure consistent delivery standards processes and best practices across all programs

Requirements
- 1520 years of experience in technical program delivery portfolio management or digital transformation leadership roles
- Proven experience managing large complex multi-stream programs for global clients
- Strong exposure to US and European markets with experience working across distributed and cross-cultural teams
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management at senior and executive levels
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing program and portfolio-level P&L forecasting and budgeting
- Proven ability to lead mentor and scale delivery teams in fast-paced environments
- Experience defining and driving SLAs KPIs governance frameworks and delivery metrics
- Excellent communication negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a delivery-focused mindset
- Experience working in hybrid or global delivery models
