Job Summary

  • Lead and oversee multiple large-scale technical programs and digital transformation initiatives across global clients
  • Own end-to-end delivery of the program portfolio ensuring scope timelines quality and financial targets are met
  • Act as the primary point of contact for global clients managing senior-level communication escalations and expectations
  • Drive portfolio-level financial performance including revenue margin forecasting and cost control
  • Establish track and continuously improve SLAs KPIs and delivery metrics to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
  • Lead governance forums steering committees program reviews and escalation calls
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Identify manage and mitigate delivery risks dependencies and issues across programs
  • Build mentor and lead high-performing delivery and program management teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability innovation operational excellence and customer-centric delivery
  • Ensure consistent delivery standards processes and best practices across all programs
  • Support strategic planning growth initiatives and client expansion opportunities

Requirements

  • 1520 years of experience in technical program delivery portfolio management or digital transformation leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing large complex multi-stream programs for global clients
  • Strong exposure to US and European markets with experience working across distributed and cross-cultural teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management at senior and executive levels
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing program and portfolio-level P&L forecasting and budgeting
  • Proven ability to lead mentor and scale delivery teams in fast-paced environments
  • Experience defining and driving SLAs KPIs governance frameworks and delivery metrics
  • Excellent communication negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a delivery-focused mindset
  • Experience working in hybrid or global delivery models
