Job Summary
LAmericano Espresso Bar is looking for a Kitchen Steward/Food Prep to join a close-knit team in Castle Hill.

About the Role
- Work alongside the chef assisting with food preparation
- Ensure that the kitchen storage areas fridge and freezers are a high level of cleanliness
- Cleaning of all kitchen equipment utensils and kitchen surrounds
- Casual position
- Thursday-Monday shifts
Essential Requirements
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment with knowledge of food hygiene
- Previous experience in food preparation and cleaning is essential
- Self-driven and autonomous whilst being open to direction
- Personable well presented enthusiastic and reliable
- Hard working physically fit and reliable able to lift 10-15kgs comfortably
- Have excellent communication skills
- Can do attitude and willingness to learn
Rates: M-F : $32.31/hr Sat:$37.43/hr
