Job Summary

BayanTech is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage our IT operations infrastructure and security. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations while driving technology initiatives that support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (networks servers hardware software cloud systems)
Ensure system availability data security backups and disaster recovery
Lead IT projects upgrades and digital transformation initiatives
Oversee cybersecurity access controls and compliance
Manage IT vendors licenses and service providers
Provide technical support and guidance to employees
Monitor IT budget costs and performance KPIs

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
58 years of experience in IT operations
At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
Strong knowledge of networks systems cloud platforms and cybersecurity
Excellent problem-solving leadership and communication skills
