Requirements:

5 years relevant experience with networking/firewall
With at least 2 years of leadership experience
Cisco Certification / Security Certification for Palo Alto Checkpoint FortiGate Firewall - preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

Assists end-users in the Tower whose requests are documented by a ticket raised in WiServe Portal.
Provide hands and feet support of our domain teams located in India.
Join Incident calls in the occurrence of account outages.
Conducts IT Asset Inventory Verification.
Replies or updates email and chat communications for queries or concerns raised by the businesses.
