We are currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Intern with a strong interest in global trade and supply chain activities.

Department: Continuous Improvement / Inspection

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Assistance: Support the planning implementation and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Data Analysis: Gather analyze and interpret data to identify patterns constraints and improvement opportunities using tools such as Excel or other analytical software.
• Process Mapping: Analyze and document existing processes to detect inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
• Problem Solving: Contribute to structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as root cause analysis (5 Whys Fishbone Diagram).
• Documentation: Develop and maintain project-related documentation including process maps standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
• Communication: Share progress updates insights and recommendations clearly with team members and relevant stakeholders.
• Training & Development: Take part in training sessions and workshops to strengthen knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
• Additional Tasks: Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications :

Do you have the skills and attitude were looking for We are seeking motivated candidates with:

• Enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelors degree (engineering IT/Technology Quality Operations Management Supply Chain Management or related disciplines)
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus but not required
• Genuine interest in consumer goods supply chain quality control or operationsa plus
• Strong IT skills and comfort using digital tools/platforms
• The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
• Proactive mindset eagerness to learn and readiness to take on new challenges
