Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Remote Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices support high-performing teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The Scrum Master will coach teams on Scrum principles remove impediments and promote continuous improvement while working closely with product owners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices to improve collaboration and delivery
Remove blockers and escalate risks to ensure sprint goals are met
Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize work
Track team performance using Agile metrics and promote continuous improvement
Foster a culture of accountability transparency and continuous learning
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban)
Excellent communication facilitation and leadership skills
Experience working with distributed or remote teams preferred
Eligibility Requirement:
Must reside in the United States
Must have valid U.S. work authorization (citizen permanent resident or valid work permit)
