Job Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team at . As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process within our organization to ensure timely and successful delivery of automotive real estate solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and practices to promote self-organization and cross-functionality.
Remove obstacles and impediments to help the team progress towards their goals.
Create a collaborative environment that fosters creativity innovation and continuous improvement.
Track and communicate team progress velocity and release forecasts.
Work closely with product owners stakeholders and team members to prioritize and deliver high-quality automotive real estate solutions.
Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks and best practices.

Essential Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development or related industry.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum Kanban etc.).
Excellent communication facilitation and mentoring skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is preferred.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
Experience working in the real estate or automotive industry is a plus.
Previous experience in implementing Agile practices in a fast-paced environment.
