The Senior Employability Officer plays a pivotal role within the Employability and Graduate Futures team which sits in the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Student Success) portfolio. The position provides high-level support and coordination for major Employability flagship initiatives and projects. The role also has responsibility for the collection management and analysis of employability-related data to support informed decision-making and of Form
Working collaboratively with colleagues across Employability the Senior Employability Officer contributes to the planning promotion and delivery of key employability initiatives events and Graduate Futures programs. The role involves building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships especially with faculties and students and providing operational and strategic support for priority programs and projects.
In addition the position is responsible for managing employability data developing and maintaining timely reports and dashboards and delivering meaningful insights through data analysis to inform strategy and continuous improvement. The Senior Employability Officer reports to the Lead Graduate Futures and does not have any direct reports.
