Working closely with the Clinical Director you will:
- Provide senior clinical and professional leadership within the ICU
- Contribute to service growth innovation and sustainability
- Drive quality outcomes through evidence-based decision-making
- Mentor and engage medical staff within a multidisciplinary team
About You
- MBBS or equivalent eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- Specialist registration (or eligibility) in Intensive Care Medicine with AHPRA
- Fellowship of the College of Intensive Care Medicine of Australia and New Zealand (FCICM)
- Demonstrated leadership capability in a complex clinical environment
Total remuneration of up to $559860 p.a. including:
- Base salary up to $274678 p.a. (level dependent)
- 12.75% employer superannuation
- 17.5% leave loading
