Whats the role
Youll join our Commercial Banking team in a full time role based in Perth / Boorloo Noongar Country where youll take the lead in managing and growing a Diversified Industries portfolio. Youll be out in the market building deep relationships with large commercial customers supporting them with lending solutions and creating standout customer experiences that genuinely help their businesses thrive.
Youll uncover new to bank opportunities nurture strong referral networks and work closely with specialists across Commercial Banking including working capital cash flow wealth financial markets and transactional banking. Youll also partner closely with analysts and portfolio managers to ensure customers feel supported at every stage of their journey.
This is a people centred role where youll feel trusted to show up with curiosity commercial insight and the kind of energy that helps customers see whats possible.
What do I need
Strong experience in commercial or corporate lending
Well developed credit capability including complex structuring
Confidence winning new business and building a strong referral network
Ability to identify home lending opportunities as part of broader customer needs
Comfortable partnering with analysts and portfolio managers to deliver great outcomes
