The Opportunity:We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Service Coordinator to represent the Tasman Asset Management Customer Care this role you will deliver exceptional customer service coordinating the delivery of reactive maintenance services. Your focus will be on ensuring efficiency and productivity while upholding our core values. You will play a key role in maintaining service standards and supporting the team in achieving outstanding results. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customers and technicians handling inbound and outbound calls. Maintain regular communication throughout the day with customers electricians and colleagues both verbally and in writing. Schedule plan and assign tasks to technicians rescheduling jobs as necessary. Raise update and close jobs and variations ensuring repair work is identified and quotes are generated. Prepare jobs for invoicing and ensure all required paperwork is submitted by technicians and create records in both the clients Job Management Systems and TAMS CRM. Generate purchase orders to support the field team with parts materials and equipment orders. Manage and update the technician schedules. Coordinate materials and subcontractors as required for jobs. Assist with technician and contractor inductions. Perform additional tasks to support the smooth operation of the Customer Care Successful Applicant Will Have: 2 years in a similar role in service delivery coordination preferably in electrical services (highly desirable but not essential). Proficient at operating MS Office Suite and SimPRO (or similar scheduling software) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Commitment to working from the office five days per week at our Alexandria location. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
