Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day banquet operations across conferences weddings and private events.
- Lead train and motivate banquet staff to deliver exceptional consistent service.
- Assist with rostering recruitment and payroll to maintain a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain high standards of presentation cleanliness and guest experience.
- Manage guest feedback professionally ensuring brand standards are upheld.
- Assist with inventory stock control and equipment setup for events.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in banquets events or high-volume hospitality.
- Hands-on service-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Experience with POS systems (Infrasys/Shiji highly regarded).
- Flexible to work rotating roster including nights weekends and public holidays.
- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia.
